Some couples come to us with a complete vision. Others have no idea where to begin.
Either way, we’re there from the very first conversation to help create a menu and a service that reflects you – not one that asks you to fit into a standard package.
Along the way we’ll happily offer advice on timings, logistics, suppliers and everything we’ve learnt from catering hundreds of weddings across Oxfordshire and beyond.
On the day itself we become part of the team behind the scenes, working alongside planners, photographers, florists and venues to make sure everything flows seamlessly. Our aim is always the same: exceptional food, warm service, and a couple who feel completely looked after.

The First Conversation
Tell us about your day. We'll listen, ask the right questions and begin to understand exactly what you're looking for.
Building Your Menu
Together we'll explore ideas, suggest dishes, adapt family favourites and work around dietary requirements until the menu feels completely personal.
The Planning
We'll help with timings, logistics and supplier recommendations. We've seen it all – and we're always happy to share what we've learnt.
Your Wedding Day
We arrive early, we work quietly and we make sure you never have to think about a thing. That's the greatest compliment we can receive.
The Food
Seasonal menus. No two the same.
We don’t believe wedding menus should come from a fixed list. Every Tilia wedding menu is built from scratch around the couple, the season and the occasion. Sharing feasts, elegant plated dinners, beautiful canapés, stunning cheese courses – or all of the above.

Over the years we’ve stayed behind to calm nervous brides, quietly fixed dresses, found missing buttonholes, soothed stressed grooms, helped grandparents, hunted down forgotten birthday cakes, rearranged timelines when speeches overran and worked through power cuts, torrential rain and broken ovens.
Most of the time our couples never even realise these things have happened. And that’s exactly how we like it.
